Omero Home Return Policy – is a non-returnable, ‘A Final Sale’ on all items, and is stated on each product listing page.  Age appropriate wear is part of buying Antiques and Vintage, this is a Disclaimer that you are buying a used item that may have wear and/or flaws which the pictures cannot always depict bt this is part of the charm. NO warranty of any kind implied or expressed is offered. All sales are final and non-returnable. All collectibles & antique furniture are sold AS IS.

All shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged merchandise due to shipping. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise, email us at customers@omerohome.com.  We will contact FedEx and they will come to your home to inspect the package -  You "Must" keep all the original packaging for FedEx to make it's claim.  Once FedEx has examined the package then Omero will issue a return label for the product.  Please ship the item (s) in the original packaging within 5 business days to receive credit.

All merchandise and furniture whether refused or it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in merchandise or store credit only. And shipping charges are non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted as well as the Buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping, packaging and insurance. Refund for purchase price minus original shipping and packaging costs will be issued to original payment source once returned item is received in original condition. Buyer responsible for insurance coverage and claims for any damage, loss or theft of merchandise that may occur during return shipment.
