A Perfect Salad for a Rainy Autumn
1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
2. Cut the pears into thin half moons with peel and put on an oven tray. Spread over the sugar and butter in pieces and mix. Add the balsamic vinegar. Bake until the pears bake, about 20 to 30 minutes.
3. On a plate put the leaves of lettuce and the coriander and spread over the pears, cheese in chunks and pecan nuts. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top.
